What we collect

How we use it

Where your data lives

Our servers are located in the EU (Dublin, Ireland). If you're outside the EU, this means your data is processed in the EU rather than your home country. We're not aware of this creating a legal issue for most users, but a small number of countries have their own rules about moving their citizens' data across borders — if that applies to you, we're working through what that means for our service as we grow internationally.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. It's processed by:

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us at privacy@manifestwall.com. We don't yet have a self-service "delete my account" button in the app — for now, deletion requests are handled manually when you email us.

Children

ManifestWall isn't directed at children, and we ask that you only use it if you meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country (16 in much of the EU, 13 in many other places — check your local rule if you're unsure). We don't currently verify age at signup beyond this policy.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll update this page and adjust the date at the top.

Note for the ManifestWall team: this page reflects what the product actually does today (see the project's README for the underlying data model). It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer — worth having one look it over before this is genuinely final, especially given the EU hosting and any users in jurisdictions with their own data-localization rules. Replace the placeholder email addresses with real ones before publishing.
