Using ManifestWall

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please use ManifestWall only if you meet the minimum age of digital consent where you live.

Your account

You're responsible for the security of your password and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.

What you post

You keep ownership of the manifestations, text, images, and video you post. By posting, you give ManifestWall the right to display, store, and distribute that content as part of running the service — for example, showing it to other users on the wall.

What's not allowed

Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of other users.
Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
Impersonating another person or organization.
Spam, or attempts to manipulate likes, follows, or reports.

You can report content or block a user directly from the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Free and paid plans

ManifestWall offers a free tier and a Pro tier with additional features (listed on our pricing page). Pricing and what's included in each tier may change; we'll do our best to give notice of material changes.

Ending your account

You can stop using ManifestWall at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or content that violates our policies, with or without notice depending on severity.

No warranty

ManifestWall is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date at the top when we do.

Note for the ManifestWall team — two real gaps to close before this is truly launch-ready:

This hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer, and the governing-law/jurisdiction clause a lawyer would normally include has been left out deliberately rather than guessed at — that's a business decision, not something to default silently.
The "Free and paid plans" section describes Pro as available, but no real payment processor is wired up in the app yet (per the project's own README) — right now "Go Pro" doesn't have a working checkout behind it. Either wire up billing before this goes live, or adjust the homepage/terms to say Pro is "coming soon" so the site isn't promising something it can't yet deliver.
